Affirmative Action and the Iraq War have one thing in common, there is no exit strategy. How do we know when we have met our goals and no longer need Affirmative Action?

Can you imagine a civil rights leader getting up and announcing that there is now perfect equality in America. Dr. Kings dream has been realized, Affirmative Action is no longer necessary, and I am retiring.

Me neither, I suspect that Affirmative Action will be with us for a very long time. Even if the original condition that spurred the creation of Affirmative Action no longer exists.
