The Presidential race is heating up and the Red Journalist have gotten their marching orders to attack McCain at every turn in order to get their appointed messiah Barack Obama elected. 

In this fakeroversy McCain was answering a question at a town hall meeting in Denver when he said, "Americans have got to understand that we are paying present-day retirees with the taxes paid by young workers in America today. And that's a disgrace. It's an absolute disgrace, and it's got to be fixed,"

And then the attack dogs went to work and gave the headlines, "

By reading those headlines you would think that McCain wants to abolish Social Security which is a lie that the left wants to propagate. Wheat John McCain thinks is disgraceful is the ponzi scheme that is Social Security and the fact that in it's current form it is going to go bankrupt. That is not John McCain hating Social Security, it is the truth and everyone in Washington knows it. So McCain wants reform, the liberals are attacking him because he has not been very specific on what those reforms might be.  The reason the Red Journalist are so insistent on hearing what his reforms are is so they can attack them and tear McCain down. Everyone knows that Social Security is going to be difficult to fix and any changes in the system will bring controversy. That is what the journalist want. They don't care if McCain's ideas have merit, they only want to tear him down. Because of this McCain has to tread very carefully. The ironic thing is that the media will attack McCain for being smart and not giving them any more fodder for attacking him. Maybe we the people should be attacking the media, lets tear them down until they start to remember that the greatest service a journalist can do for the country is to remain neutral. By their biased attacks, the Red Journalist are not helping to solve the crises. If they would provide us with balanced and insightful analysis then they could become part of the solution.  Instead they are part of the problem by attacking any idea that is not a massive tax increase.

One idea that McCain has publicly mentioned is the idea of letting people invest some of their Social Security money into investment funds. Wow! What a scandal, let people manage some of their own money to guarantee that the government will not spend all of it. Of course to the Marxist Progressives in the Democratic party this idea is blasphemy! Their policy like Barack Obama's is to take more money from you to increase their power base.

The main point is that the Red Journalist will be working over time to twist McCain's every word. They are on a mission to convince you that only Barack Obama can solve Americas problems.
