This quote was taken from Henry Morganthau who was the Treasury Secretary for FDR during the Great Depression. We are taught that FDR's New Deal brought an end to the Great Depression. But in actuality, it appears to have only prolonged it.

It looks like we may be repeating the same mistake. So much for change...
