Obama's big decision

Give President Obama credit. He took a big risk when approving the mission to get Osama Bin Laden. The successful mission is a big victory for the United States and the President. The only people who are condemning the action are not our friends and would find fault with anything we do. So don't waste time worrying about what our enemies think of us. After all, they are our enemies. We already know what they think.

But as far as the days after the mission? Well I find the President Obama, "Look What I Did" tour to be a bit distasteful. And all the gushing and spewing out of intelligence information by the Obama Administration and Congress seems to me to be ill advised. It would be far better to keep our cards closer to the vest when it comes to International Terrorism in particular and our enemies around the world in general.

President Obama said we would not spike the ball; instead, half the team is in the end zone doing their victory dance before the game is over. It would be far better to take some advise from Teddy Roosevelt. Walk softly and carry a big stick.
